Mark starts with a freshly made and stretched dough circle and swirls on the garlic-parmesan sauce, sprinkles on the parmesan cheese, adds handfuls of spinach and our proprietary shredded three-cheese blend and tops it all with grilled chicken and red onion, fresh tomato and feta. Throughout the segment, Mark talks about the Marco’s Pizza ® way of doing things — how we make the dough fresh and use only the best toppings and cheeses. He also talks about the different Marco’s locations in the area and how Marco’s is expanding.
